Q. How do I make a booking?

A. You can complete the enquiry form, or alternatively telephone or e-mail us to arrange a consultation to discuss your wedding film.

Q. How long will the Film be?

A. This depends on the length/type of service you select. The length of speeches and how you want the video to be edited (for example, if someone makes a 20 minute speech, would you like this to be edited down to the best bits) will determine this.Generally most full-day videos are between 45 and 90 minutes.

Q. Will we meet before the wedding?

A. Yes, we will usually arrange to meet you once you get in touch with us.

Q. I know a videographer that charges less than you. Can you match them?

A.  A wise man once said that cinematography is not a commodity. “A commodity is anything for which there is demand, but which is supplied without qualitative differentiation across a market no matter who produces it. In other words, copper and rice are copper and rice. Stereo systems, on the other hand, have many aspects of product differentiation and the more valuable a stereo is, the more it will cost.”
— WIKIPEDIA. Driving a Hyundai is not like driving a Lexus. We are proud of being able to give you the “Presidential Suite” of services and quality of work. We believe in the value for of money and you have our assertion that the final film will stand above the competitors.

Q. Do I get to choose my own music for my film?

A. Yes, we help guide you through the process, but the choices are ultimately yours.

Q. Who will be shooting my wedding?

A. We employ a small team of four shooters who have been with us for at least three years. We pick the team based on availability and the best fit for your wedding needs.

Q. How long will my film take to be completed?

A. This question varies. If your music list is submitted prior to your wedding the wait is usually 2-3 months. If not, then it is takes around 2-3 months from the time your list is submitted.

Q. Why does it take so long for my film? My photographer is getting my images back in a few weeks.

A. Because our films are finished product, we take time to review, mull and revise them after several team viewings.

Q. Can I make changes to the film?

A. Of course, after you receive your film if you need any changes we will assist you in making those.

Q. Do you travel?

A. You bet, we love to travel. Contact us for a quote.

Q. Can we have just one camera?

A. We now only offer multi camera wedding packages. After filming weddings for many years we have realized that filming a wedding with multiple cameras is essential to creating a brilliant film. With one camera you often have to compromise, for example, miss an important reading or the expression on the grooms face. With two cameras there isn’t a compromise.

Multi Cameras mean:

– During the ceremony we have different viewpoints – essential in most locations.

– During all mingling there are multi cameras ready to capture all the smiles & laughter etc.

Q. Do you also do photography?

A. Photography is not something we offer as part of our services but we can assist you in arranging for a photographer with whom we partner with across the globe.
